A BIG Thank You!
The 2010 Havasu Half Marathon and 5k Fun Run are now behind us and plans for 2011 are well underway.

We would like to send out a big THANK YOU to all the people that helped make 2010 the success that it was. To all the volunteers along the course on race day and the days leading up to the race preparing for it; Lake Havasu City streets, police, fire and all city officials for helping to make the course safe for our runners; River Medical and Kingman Regional Medical Center; the Hampton Inn for being a very gracious host hotel and to the Days Inn and Quality Inn for offering our runner’s special room rates; Pro Source for coming through in a pinch on the medals; Natural Tease for the colorful shirts; StandUp Connection for offering our runners a free standup paddle board lesson and winners gift certificates; Grace Arts Live Performing Arts Theatre for providing the singer who sang a magnificent rendition of the National Anthem; Mayor Mark Nexson for ensuring the event took place; Chris Rolando for an outstanding job at announcing and getting (most) the names correct; Schlotzsky's for the delightful cookies; Mudshark Brewery for a great Pre and Post Race Party; and to all the runners for which if there were none of you, there would be no event!
