Registration

Registering for the Havasu Half Marathon or the 5k Run/Walk is convenient and easy through Active.com; When you register through Active.com you will receive a confirmation that your registration has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation from Active.com within 24-hours please contact us so we may verify your registration.

Online registration closes at 9pm on Thursday, April 7th. Late registration will still be available at packet pick-up Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Hampton Inn.
T-Shirt and Goodie Bag are included with registration.

Registration Guidelines
  • You must be able to complete the Half Marathon within 4 hours of the official race start.
  • You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge of the Half Marathon (13.1 miles).
  • Race numbers are required to participate and pinned on the front.
  • Sorry, coaches, dogs, in-line skates, skateboards, bikes, and baby-joggers will not be allowed on the course.
  • Absolutely NO BANDITS!
 
Packet Pick-Up

We prefer you pick up your own race packet and bib number at the Hampton Inn on Friday, April 8th from 11am to 9pm – 245 London Bridge Road.

However, we do understand that what we prefer and what can actually happen are two different things. If a friend or family member picks up your race packet for you, they will be required to leave their name and contact number in case there are any questions.

 
Cancellations

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. Please note that you may not transfer your application to the following year. You may, however, transfer your number to someone else for a $20 transaction fee.

Original registrant gives up all rights to event perks and products. Official race tee and goodie bag will go to new registrant. If you registered, are unable to participate in the race, have not transferred your registration to someone else, and would still like to receive you participant shirt, please send your cancellation including your name, street address, phone number, which race you registered for (half marathon or 5k), and T-shirt size. We will ship your participant T-shirt to you.
