Even if you're not running, you can still be a part of the Havasu Half Marathon & 5k by volunteering! And this event can't happen without the army of volunteers that help us every year...

Nearly 1,500 participants will descend on Lake Havasu and take part in the race festivities. More than 100 volunteers are needed race weekend. We are looking for helping hands for every aspect of the event; from setup to tear down, parking attendants, packet pick-up, and water stations along the course.

Volunteering is almost as much fun as running in it! Spread the word! Bring your friends, family members and co-workers, your Girl Scout Troop or your workout buddies. This event simply cannot take place without the help of volunteers - in fact we can't have enough volunteers.

Volunteer Meetings

Attend one of our volunteer meetings to learn more about the volunteer positions in the Havasu Half Marathon & 5k, what it takes to put on the event, select your preferred volunteer position and meet others who are kind enough to volunteer their time to help ensure the visitors and race participants have a wonderful experience. Once you’ve attended a meeting and filled out the sign up form, you’ll be contacted by our volunteer coordinator closer to race day to confirm and answer any questions you may have.
